Insurance and Payment
Our goal is to make services for major mental health more available by accepting whatever insurances we can afford to accept payment for, and work on a sliding scale for those who are uninsured and unable to afford the full cost of session.
Costs
All sessions are scheduled for one hour and billed at a rate of $175 per hour.
Insurance
Currently we accept Aetna, Anthem, United Healthcare Partners, Harvard Pilgrim and Martin's Point.
Private Pay
Private pay appointments are billed at the full rate of $175 per hour and can be one or two hours long at your preference.
Sliding Scale
If you can demonstrate need, a sliding scale can be applied with a minimum payment of $100 per hour.
Payment
Payments are accepted in cash, check, or through your Simple Practice client portal. You may keep a card on file that is billed with each session or chose to go in and pay as you go. Clients who have more than 2 unpaid sessions will need to complete payment before scheduling their next session.
